We need to honor a new type of leadership. To elevate the individuals within communities who truly hold what’s best for all of life. We need to amplify the voices and work of those who have already gained the trust of their community members through their commitment to holding space for all life. These are the leaders we are calling forward at the Center for Wild Hope.

Don't get hung up on the word "leader". We lead every day through our thoughts and actions. Leading and leadership look different for us all, and what may not feel like leadership to you is most likely exactly what the world needs right now. We’re inviting you into a global network to learn and expand within the space of eco-spirituality and resilient activism. The opportunities for growth, connection, and expansion have no end right now. This moment needs us to step in. This work that needs to be done exists outside of the current paradigm, it exists outside of the black and white systems and structures we currently have in place. When you say yes and sign up as a Community Leader, you step into an ever evolving process and add your voice, your important skills, your wisdom and knowledge to the possibility and creation of what will be.

You are important. You matter. The work you have brought to your community, the space you hold for connection, growth, and oneness is important. Let us honor you and help you amplify your work to the greater world while uplifting and supporting your local community in a deeper way. This is the vision and hope for our Community Leader Network. Community has never been more important. Together we will strengthen local communities of support while connecting through a global network of intention and shared commitment.

Activation and engagement will look different for us all, and all of it is needed right now. What we can’t do is stay idle in this moment. Movement and activation can be subtle and it can be grand. Whatever form it takes needs a safe container for expression. A space that truly holds the higher purpose of creating peace, harmony, and joy for all beings on earth.

We are the ones that will bring the change because we are the ones who know and understand the needs of our community. Your wisdom, skills, and knowledge are needed right now. You are an important part of this moment and none of us can do it alone. This offering to step into a greater network within the Center for Wild Hope allows us to share, learn, and grow together while standing strong within our own communities and bringing our unique gifts.

This opportunity lives outside of the current paradigm. It honors individuals, it honors the voices known and unknown that make a difference every day.

It's important we see each other in this moment and understand that our network of support is greater than we can possibly imagine, and extends beyond our human community to the more-than-human allies awaiting our connection and participation.
