I sat under the piñons in my yard today. As I sat there I thought about how they carry the story of their existence in their rings. From studying them we can see the years where their life force was less, and the years when it was great. They have weathered the storms. And then it felt as though they were sharing with me that This Is Living. Our life force ebbs and flows - as does the life force of those around us. When ours is greater - we send nourishment to others and when we are struggling they care of us.
You are needed now to recognize and honor the state of your life force. If you are depleted, take the necessary steps to care for yourself and let the others around you continue with the important and hard work. When you are ready - step back in with all the strength you carry inside you. This is living - and we must do it with as much strength and commitment as we can muster right now.
We are moving against massive illusions. We are wanted to believe that the chaos being sown is the truth. The truth is that we are all one and that the existence of humanity is directly connected to the existence of the planet. An embodied understanding of what it means to live in reciprocity is needed now more than ever. So care for yourself, find the nourishment you need, and stay in the fight in whatever way you are called to activate.
You are needed now - so take the steps you must to remain resilient and above the noise.
A much needed read for me, to remember now more than ever, that we are all always connected in this universe.
