RESILIENT ACTIVISM WORKSHOP
In this half day workshop we get to the heart of the intersection of our Wild Hope and Resilient Activism.
We move through Forest Therapy exercises that take us outdoors to remind us that the allies and answers we seek are more abundant than we ever could have imagined.
You will leave with new resources and tools for caring for yourself as you actively create the change you are wanting to see in the world.

RESILIENT ACTIVISM
These are our programs and offerings that teach those interested in taking a stand how to do it in a healthy way. We begin by identifying the area that speaks to you and tugs most at your heart, and then understanding how this aligns with your Wild Hope, your gifts, and your skills. We offer tools, techniques, exercises, and experiences that keep you healthy from within this space of important engagement. A friend wisely shared that we can’t climb into the well if we don’t know how to get out.
That’s what these offerings are about. Providing tools, resources, and the connections needed to create lasting powerful change while caring for ourselves in the process. We have to meet this moment with the truth of all life’s inherent right to peace, joy, freedom, and harmony.
Together we explore how you can step into your passion in a way that’s free of harm, remembering that lasting engagement and activism come from a place of honoring all life. Humanity’s current state of anger, fear, and depression is feeding the chaos of mother earth. We share this not to shut down actions of activism, but to open the door to reshaping how we stand for truth; how we stand for unity; and how we make sure our actions are elevating all life and creating the changes needed, and not unintentionally feeding the wrong wolf.
We are pieces of a greater puzzle. We all need to understand our place in everything happening in the world right now. We aren’t meant to hold it all, we aren’t the entire puzzle alone. So part of our work together is understanding what piece you hold and this knowledge amplifies your Wild Hope to the greater community. We can’t sustain ourselves if we stand outside of our gifts. Even if we know, we can bring change to many or all of the injustices that are touching our heart, that doesn’t mean we are supposed to. We want you to feel empowered in your passion, and in your mission, and in your truth, not defeated. That empowerment requires an embodied centering so you aren’t blown by the winds of this moment and thrown off center.
